The matchmaking is arranged through an easy-to-use technology platform, combined with a personalized service to help maximize your networking opportunities. With the tool you can pre-schedule meetings during ATIGS Dubai 2023 – it’s that easy!

General Meetings:

All ATIGS Dubai 2023 participants (exhibitors, speakers, delegates, and visitors) will be able to arrange and conduct one-on-one 30-minute pre-scheduled meetings in the Matchmaking Hall from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

How It Works:

Scheduler finds and recommends the best time to setup a meeting at ATIGS.

Meeting rooms and tables automatically allocated and managed. No double bookings.

Easy to send requests, decline, accept, reschedule and/or cancel meetings.
